Designed and built with our passion for wild camping in Scotland, we wanted to create something that doesn’t feel overdeveloped and seamlessly blends into the countryside. Fortunately unlike wild camping you’ll find lovely facilities with large powerful hot showers, flushing toilets and a covered hot water washing up area. All this retrofitted into a wooden Shepherds Hut that looks right at home here on the medieval ridge and furrow field.

You’ll be surrounded by a belt of young woodland, newly planted hedgerow and in the summer months wildflower meadows to enhance the local ecosystem. Wander into the woods on site and explore, or make your way out into the wider countryside where you’ll find endless walking routes, cycling opportunities and quaint village pubs. A bit further and everything a city has to offer is right at your fingertips. Highlights for the area include Foxton Locks, Rutland Water, Bradgate Park, Richard III Visitor Centre and the National Space Centre.
